Our 6-week block of training is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals with a personalised and customised approach. Here's what you can expect when you join our program:
Everybody wants to be stronger. Whether you want to build muscle or just improve your overall fitness, our programs can teach you what your body needs to help you build vital strength.
As you get older you become more aware of the importance of having a strong heart. The heart is a muscle and needs to be trained. Our cardio system is geared towards the 40+ bracket and allows you to easily build an engine that performs.
In our fast-paced world we no longer move as we used to, we sit at our desks or behind the wheel of a car for hours on end which isn’t natural and it affects how the human body works. In Primal you will learn easy methods to free up joints and live pain-free.
Our days and times are designed to accommodate busy people like you. We understand that life can be hectic, and fitting in exercise can be a challenge.
That's why we offer a flexible approach to our training sessions—you choose the days and times that suit you best on any given day. We don't allocate days and times, and we don't operate on a booking system. Here are the options you can choose from:
Monday to Friday
6am, 7am, 9am
5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Simply show up to the session that fits your schedule, and get the workout you need to stay on track toward your fitness goals. Our experienced coaches will be there to guide you through the session and make sure you get the most out of your time with us.
Option A: THREE training sessions a week. You can mix and match days and times to suit your schedule. This option is perfect for anyone who is unsure or coming back from a long layoff.
At just £143 for six weeks, it's a great way to kickstart your fitness journey.
Option B: FIVE training sessions a week. You can choose the time of each session depending on your schedule. This option is perfect for anyone used to training and wants to get a more focused routine started.
