As you get older you become more aware of the importance of having a strong heart. The heart is a muscle and needs to be trained. Our cardio system is geared towards the 40+ bracket and allows you to easily build an engine that performs.

MOVE FREELY

In our fast-paced world we no longer move as we used to, we sit at our desks or behind the wheel of a car for hours on end which isn’t natural and it affects how the human body works. In Primal you will learn easy methods to free up joints and live pain-free.

Our training involves following group programs that focus on different elements of strength, muscle growth and fat loss/conditioning that produce results time and time again.

With close to 15 years and over 40,000 hours of combined coaching experience, there is virtually nothing our coaches have not experienced in a training setting. This results in a training experience you cannot experience anywhere else

Pol is a highly-qualified PT with over 15 years of coaching experience, specialising in MMA coaching, kettlebells and training people over 40. Pol is extremely passionate about what he does and simply wants people to Move better, Feel better and Look better.
