Weekly Schedule

Mondays

Wednesdays

Wednesdays are all about cardiovascular fitness. Kids will engage in high-energy activities like relay races, agility drills, and fun circuit workouts.

Fridays

Fridays are dedicated to flexibility, balance, and coordination exercises. We incorporate yoga and stretching routines to help kids improve flexibility and reduce the risk of injuries.
