That's why we offer a flexible approach to our training sessions—you choose the days and times that suit you best on any given day.
We don't allocate days and times, and we don't operate on a booking system. Here are the options you can choose from:
Monday to Friday
6am, 7am, 9am
5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Simply show up to the session that fits your schedule, and get the workout you need to stay on track toward your fitness goals. Our experienced coaches will be there to guide you through the session and make sure you get the most out of your time with us.
Option A: THREE training sessions a week. You can mix and match days and times to suit your schedule. This option is perfect for anyone who is unsure or coming back from a long layoff.
