Doesn’t take a genius to work out the spine of this program but the great news is, you don’t need to have any experience with a Macebell in order for you to benefit from it.

The program is designed to ensure you get a good workout from kettlebells and bodyweight movements while using the in-built tutorials provided to teach you the new skills of Macebell training.
