If you are high on focus but low on time, this program will tick all your boxes.

It requires a high degree of “Get Shit Done” attitude but only for a working time of 30 minutes.

In that time frame, you will lift a lot but just remember, regardless of how much you lift that day, there will always be more to lift tomorrow.
